I learned from the insert in the package that the bee is a symbol for France. It was originally chosen during the coronation of Napoleon to appear on his official coat of arms. La Rochere is the oldest glass factory in France, founded in 1475. I'm totally impressed!!! and delighted with my gift. Thank you once again, Rie and La Rochere.

Winning is wonderful...
I wish I was a photographer...you'll have to click on the pictures to see the cute little bees on the beautiful goblets. Remember the recent giveaway at Home & Harmony? They arrived at my home a couple of days ago. We haven't used them yet, but I wanted to show them off!! They are very heavy glass which gives them a vintage look.
