The flower is a cluster of very small white circles (no petals) with a green center. They are surrounded by white leaves with a green stripe through the middle. Green and white polka-dots and stripes...wow!! I think they are so unique and beautiful.
I wish I could have gotten better quality pictures. I have a plain old camera and picture me leaning as far over a barb wire fence as I can and zooming in.
Be sure to take time to smell the roses!!! or wildflowers!

Hi Angela, That is an odd looking flower, I have no idea what it is. Hope you get some rain in Texas. We had rain last night. Getting enough here and there to keep the crops healthy.Smiles to you,Susie

ReplyDeleteI love wildflowers too. And these look very pretty. Hope you are far away from all the wildfires that are burning down there.
ReplyDeleteWhat an unusual looking flower. These beauties are minimal yet with a twist (the spiky petals look like mini bursts of fireworks.)
ReplyDeleteLovely post and thanks for the comment on my blog. Prayers for the people in Texas dealing with the fires! Blessings, DE
