Don't you like these kind of illustrations from vintage nature books? I also found some color plates from a 1935 dictionary.
I decided to find some places to display some more of them. One of these days I'd like to frame some and hang them together.
It would be nice also to have a better camera and some photography skills...then these photos would show the true colors and make better blog posts!! That won't be happening though. This is as good as it gets!I hope you are enjoying your week. I'm through playing now...it's time to get back to painting.
